R U Prepared?

The NNEPC’s “R U Prepared?” program works with schools to make students aware of emergency hotline numbers.

Schools encourage students to program their cell phones with the toll-free numbers for:

  • The poison center
  • The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
  • Local domestic and sexual violence hotlines

The NNEPC provides schools with information about each hotline for classroom discussion and to send home to parents.
